Sassolungo - Normal route (III+)

The Sassolungo, the symbol of Val Gardena, offers a unique mountain experience.

Its normal route runs along ledges, steeper climbing passages and rugged terrain. It is not too difficult but requires a very good level of fitness. At the summit, we enjoy a breathtaking panorama from the Marmolada to the main Alpine ridge.
To shorten the ascent, you can spend the night at the Toni-Demetz hut.
